Hard Decisions About Reverie Yoga Seattle
Dear Reverie Yoga Students and Ballroom Community,
It is with heavy hearts that we share the difficult decision to conclude the Reverie Yoga program. This was not an easy choice; it is one we had to make, not with our hearts, but with our minds on our financial realities. We recognize that this news will be disappointing for many in our community.
Yoga classes will continue as scheduled through the end of January, and Reverie Yoga will officially close on January 31.
Thank you to all who joined us in any capacity, whether teaching, learning, meditating, chanting, or sweeping the floor. You all poured in your enthusiasm, presence, and skill, and helped make Reverie Yoga a soul-filling experience. We especially thank Reverie Yoga’s incredible teachers, who brought their fire and a breadth of experience to the program.
The biggest thank you goes to Shelly Storm, who put in so much heart and hard work to make Reverie Yoga excellent. We are blessed to have worked with her and know that whatever path she takes forward will also be graced with her clarity of passion and purpose.
We deeply regret that we are winding down Reverie Yoga in a way that doesn’t reflect Shelly’s leadership, commitment, and values. We encourage everyone, and especially all of her students, to follow her (LinkTree and IG @shellynstorm) as she continues building her practice.
Anyone with Reverie Yoga memberships past January will receive a prorated refund for time remaining. If you have questions, concerns, or would like to discuss your account, please reach out directly to eliza@reverieballroom.com. We want to support you as best we can during this transition.
With gratitude,
The Reverie Board
