Rental Policies
We require all events to carry $1M in event insurance and list us as one of the insured.
Non-marking decorations only - no gaffe tape or 3M on paint.
Renters responsible for any damage to the property during their rental, checklist provided at start of rental. If repair is needed, it will be discussed in closing checklist and bill will be sent within 30 days after the event.
