Reverie Ballroom offers multiple ceremony locations, allowing you to customize the perfect backdrop for your special day. Among these are the stages in both the Grand Ballroom and West Hall, though both spaces allow for flexible layouts.

This refined space seamlessly transitions from ceremony to cocktail and reception, offering an all-in-one venue experience.

With seating for up to 200 in the Grand Ballroom (150 on the main floor and 50 on the balcony) and 150 in West Hall, the Ballroom ensures a truly memorable celebration.

The ballrooms within the Oddfellows Building have been continuously operated as dance and performances spaces for 120 years. We offer the square footage, resources, amenities and ambience of a luxury event venue with the pricing and familiarity with dancers that can make this space accessible.

Vendor Policy

  • We welcome all licensed and insured caterers at our venue.

  • Another big perk? We have our own liquor license so we can supply all of your cocktail and bartending needs!

No Hidden Fees

  • Venue pricing shouldn't be a math test. The price you see on this page is the price you'll pay.

  • We don't add any hidden fees. We also don't charge for rehearsals (with a full day rental) or using our house furnishings.

16-Hour Rental Window

  • Our full day rentals are from 8:00am to midnight so that you don't have to rush your celebration.

  • You are welcome to use all areas of the venue, including our complimentary dressing suite throughout your event.

Payments

  • 25% deposit is due upon contract signing, with the option to split the remaining balance up into multiple installments 

  • Balance must be paid in full by the start date of your event

Cancellations

  • If you choose to cancel  2+ months in advance of your event, we offer a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee 

  • If less than 2 months from your event date, we offer a 50% refund 

  • If less than one month, we will not issue a refund and all final payments must be made.
