Reverie Ballroom Social Dance Calendar
As The Tin Table prepares for its transformation into Sander Raav’s new cocktail bar, all Reverie events in June will be all-ages and alcohol-free. No beverage service at all, so bring your water bottles! It’s a great chance to invite younger friends to join the dance floor! For pre- or post-dance drinks and bites, we suggest visiting our neighbors at Queer Bar or Poquitos.

We are excited to announce our 2nd DJ Spotlight! DJ Coquito, named after the popular Puerto Rican holiday drink, brings a vibrant mix of musical styles that energize the crowd. Originally from the Dominican Republic and shaped by Puerto Rico's salsa culture, he has been a key figure in Seattle's salsa scene for the past decade.
His sets flow seamlessly from classic hits to new releases, always focused on the dancers’ experience. When he's not behind the decks, you can find him dancing the night away on the floor.

Salsa & Bachata
SALSA: Salsa is a Latin dance influenced by several styles, like mambo and rumba. The dance is characterized by energetic footwork, spins, and turns. We teach On1, which is characterized by a lot of spinning and dancing in a slot (unlike Cuban or Cumbia styles).
BACHATA: Bachata is a Latin dance from the Dominican Republic characterized by sexy body movement, syncopated footwork and free style moves that alternate between closed and open position. We teach both Dominican Style Bachata (footwork & musicality) and Modern Style Bachata (patterns & close embrace).
